Studio Legale Contri is a law firm formed by lawyers only. Established in 1998 on the initiative of Mr. Lorenzo Contri, lays its foundations on and continues a family tradition of legal counseling begun at the turn of the twentieth century and addressing from the outset both the domestic and international business world.
All the partners of the Studio Legale Contri are fluent in English language.
The Clients of the Studio Legale Contri are companies and individuals who need legal assistance in connection with operations of sale and purchase of companies’ shares, businesses and/or real estate properties; and in the drafting of commercial contracts (such as transaction involving trademarks, agency contracts, distribution and franchising agreements, contracts for the lease of business branches, association and cooperation agreements among companies etc.). Studio Legale Contri has also a strong experience in the hotels’ management and timesharing operations.
Studio Legale Contri history has been characterized by a low turnover both of lawyers (partners and associates) and staff.
